Luis Ventós, Barcelona, 1952. Self-taught artist born into a family dedicated to the world of essences, and is fully devoted to painting and sculpture since 1977.
His desire to explore takes him beyond the usual disciplines, he enters the world of perfume design, author jewelry.
Ventós uses various materials, such as wood, glass, iron, stone as a form of expression.
Throughout his career he has held numerous solo and group exhibitions in Europe (Amsterdam, Utrecht, Florence, Geneva, Strasbourg, Andorra, Paris, London) and in the United States (Boston and Miami).
His work is exhibited in various organizations, such as the Museu d'Art Contemporani de Barcelona - MACBA, the Fundació Suñol, the Fundació Vila Casas, among others.
He lives and works in Barcelona.
He collaborates with the Ibo Foundation and exhibits at the Sala Parés in Barcelona since 1998.
